Made Tech Life Hybrid Search the local default in both the Search site and browser address bar. The independent crawler now discovers bounded same-site URLs from robots-declared and conventional sitemaps first, then uses Common Crawl to fill remaining discovery capacity. Focused crawler and interface tests pass; public deployment and recurring owner automation remain separate actions.
Connected Search guidance and the Browser new-tab surface to the public Tech Life Hybrid Growth system. Separate zero-budget campaign packs now preserve Search coverage, Browser capability, Store availability, and measurement as different states. The links and campaign assets are locally verified; nothing was posted, submitted, or deployed by this phase.

Bounded plans now allow up to 240 pages per cycle and 960 per day while robots rules, publisher display directives, duplicate controls, and promotion gates remain mandatory. Tech Life Hybrid Search is now the local default and can optionally hand off to clearly labeled providers for broader coverage; its independent index is not yet web-scale.
